OUT-OF-HOURS
SERVICE
Out of hours is the converse of core hours, ie before 8.00am and after 6.30pm
Monday to Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday.
Out-of-hours services are commissioned by the North Lincolnshire Primary Care
Trust, Health Place, Wrawby Road, Brigg, North Lincolnshire DG20 8GS - telephone
01652 659659. Further details of out-of-hours services can be obtained from the
Trust.

DISABLED
ACCESS
All patient consultations are conducted on the ground floor and ramps and toilet
facilities are available specifically for our disabled patients. Please contact
the receptionist if you have any special needs.
