OBTAIN A REPEAT PRESCRIPTION?
If your doctor agrees, you may obtain repeat prescriptions by written request over the counter. Alternatively, if you have a computer counterfoil please return this to the surgery. We aim to process a repeat prescription request within 48 hours of ordering (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
Requests for repeat prescriptions will be accepted at any time between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday inclusive but we point out that Monday morning is busy and best avoided. If you do telephone for a repeat prescription, a telephone answering service is in operation.
