HOW DO I REGISTER...?
AS A NEW PATIENT?
All patients will be registered with Central Surgery rather than a specific doctor. Patients are entitled to express a preference and this will be recorded on their medical card when they register. This preference can either be given verbally to the receptionist or in writing on the medical card or by letter.
